When I tried to come up with a internationally well known finnish
photographer, i really didnt come up with anything. But the first
professional photographer who came to my mind is finnish photographer
called Jouni Harala. I have been working with him when I was arranging
photoshoots in a finnish womens magazine. He is truly a stong professional
who takes his work seriously but with a relaxed attitude. He mainly shoots
fashion and other magazine involved shoots, but I specially love his
portrays. I could have stared the black and white pictures on his studios
wall for hours. He is able to catch great moments and works well with the
light.

Go ahead and check it out;

Hi!
I dont think i really have a favoritefavorit e photographer but I met one very good one in my trip to South-Africa, a photographer Amanda Bond Gunning, who mainly shoots wildlife and landscapes. This site is propably not the best one (its mostly for selling purposes) but below this site is some fantastic photos of African wildlife. I have myself experienced and also photographed South-African´s nature few times and i must say Amanda knows how to capture the feeling! I saw pictrures she had taken during the years alla around the country and continent and i was breath-taken! For eg. leopard in few feets away! Amazing....

Stephan Vanfleteren, my favorite photographer, concentrates on stills of every day life. His radical black-and-white documentary work covers the disappearance of small, anarchic worlds and the phenomena of everyday life in his homeland Belgium as well as events from world's conflict zones to every day life around the world. He also interested in portraying artists, actors, writers, directors, musicians and all other people that express themselves by their profession. I am so into his work because i often have the impression that his snapshots explain, without words, more than a whole book can cover.

Hi all,

When I think of my favorite photographer, immediately Miles Aldridge pops up in my mind. His photo's are mostly full of color and at first sight the scene on the picture seems perfect, but then you discover this little detail of imperfectness. You can find photo's of him on www.milesaldridge.com or just type in his name on google and you see a lot of his work.
Some pictures are also a little bit perverse and mostly absurd, but that is the strength of his work I think, the contrasts he creates.
Just take a look and enjoy :)
